Beginnings And Endings

Some time ago, I took a walk,
to think about some things...
about life, and all it's changes,
and what those changes mean.
I came to the conclusion,
that change is sometimes good...
if we adjust to what God gives us,
and accept the things we should.
The hardest part of living,
is letting go of faithful friends...
but time is no pretender,
and most beginnings have an end.
That's why God gave us memory,
to take us back in time...
and help us to remember,
what our hearts must leave behind.
