A single act of forgiveness
is worth more than silver or gold
we draw closer to the Father
when we forgive a grudge we hold.
The gift of a cleansing spirit
that comes when we forgive
adds joy to our existence
and brings peace in how we live.
God sent His only Son
to forgive us of our sins
a sacrificial message,
to this world we’re living in.
What we give in time and money
is a noble way to live
but nothing pleases the Father...
like a heart that will FORGIVE.
