Sister, If I had a special rose
for every time we've laughed...
I'd make you a beautiful garden
to grow on your behalf.
Yet, the colors wouldn't match
the joy you've given me...
or the smiles that we have known
in all our memories.
A garden of perfection
to bloom for you each day...
to remind you to be happy
when your blue skies turn to gray.
I hope you'd take a rose
and place it in your hair...
just to be reminded.
to smile when I'm not there.
