Lord, help us to remember,
that whatever we do today,
we will account for, in the future,
in a very special way.
As we stand before You, face to face,
and look into Your eyes...
it will be too late to change the plan,
about how we live our lives.
Lord, give us wisdom here and now,
to fix our eyes on You...
and set our sights on heaven,
in all the things we do.
Let Your Spirit nudge us gently,
and remind us of our goal;
to reach for things eternal,
not the earthly things we know.
Every day with You, Lord,
is greater than before...
as we find new ways to serve You,
today and forevermore.
