He came to earth in human form,
a King in man’s disguise...
He lived among the common folk,
compassionate and wise.
He loved the poor and healed the sick,
He was His Father’s Son...
Jesus loved His fellow man,
all people, one by one.
And when His time on earth was through,
He chose to die in pain...
that all our sins would disappear,
our lives made whole again.
Upon a cross, His hands were nailed
and thorns placed on His head...
His suffering was for our souls,
His blood for us was shed.
No other man that ever lived,
has ever loved us more...
only Jesus, King of Kings,
and Christ, our Lord of Lords.
